The Grove is a network centre - a community associated with many other like-minded people and groups working towards social change. The Grove cares for and respects the environment, so future generations can live in health and abundance.
Over the years the Grove has hosted many small alternative lifestyle festivals - called ‘Grove Gatherings’ - where people come for three or four days camping and community.
Casual camping however is also available on the property.
Camp on flat, grassed areas beside shady trees and swim in the sandy freshwater tidal Webbs Creek. Campers can enjoy the abundance of native Australian wildlife, including gliders, goannas, wombats, possums, kangaroos and many varieties of brightly coloured birds. For this reason please don’t bring dogs.
The Grove is surrounded by National Park and there are many interesting bush walks in the area. Camping fees are $15 a day pp. Half price for under 16yrs and free for kids under 5.
No mobile phone coverage. Take all garbage with you. No collection point. Compost bin only. Drug and alcohol space. 10pm noise curfew.
Toilets are composting but showers are very hot.
A three-kilometre walk along the ridge takes you to ancient
Aboriginal rock carvings. The local area also has many historical remains of the early settlers.
