Leetsvale Caravan Park is a quiet, private, riverfront park about 10km from
Wisemans Ferry on the Hawkesbury River.
The Park comes under the Holiday Parks (Long-term Casual Occupation) Act 2002. That means that it caters for people whose principal residence is elsewhere and who own the dwelling on the site, which is a leased area. The sites are rented on an annual basis. Under the Act the sites may be occupied for 180 days a year (but not consecutively) and cannot be used as a permanent residence.
There are no short term holiday cottages for rent however, powered and unpowered areas are available for campers.
