A large gently sloping old forestry
camp shaded by Yellow Gum, Brown Stringybark or cypress pines extending into a mature pine plantation. Sites are
well dispersed. Facilities include 14 fireplaces, 16 tables, 3
toilet blocks, a grassed "common" and taps supplied from a
dam further up the Mt Difficult range. Grass is mown each morning by wallabies. Bird life is plentiful and varied. Fees used to be $9.90 per site/night.
