Camp site located in Cathedral Range State Park
A pleasant old sawmill
clearing (partially revegetated) sheltered in a forested valley near the bubbling Little River.
There are groups of scattered sites, semi-secluded by bush and distance, designed mainly for car/tent camping. Most sites are reasonably
well shaded by Peppermint,
Blackwood and Red Stringybark.
The valley area is reasonably green and lush although the surrounding rocky hills are clothed in open, dry sclerophyll forest - mainly Peppermint and Red Stringybark.
Popular with school groups and at peak periods. Fees: $10.20 per night/site.
