If you don't mind being trapped in by the high tide,
Waddy Point (Top
Camping Area) is a convenient location to setup
camp as you can go inland and west to Wathumba Creek, walk around the headland south to
Champagne Pools or north up to
Sandy Cape.
Waddy Point is a designated
camping area. Nice leafy
well protected camping. Good shower/
toilet block with coin operated hot showers. Accommodates camper trailers and large groups. No generators.
