Information

Indian Head is the most easterly point on Fraser Island. Named by Captain Cook who noticed a group of Aboriginals standing on the rocky outcrop of the headland as he sailed past. It is one of only 3 sections of rock on the entirety of Fraser Island. Camping around the headland is not permitted but climbing the headland provides 360° views.
