Running water, tadpoles, jagged rocks, shady trees, water cress,
hill climbing, kangaroos, wild flowers and wide open spaces. At sunrise and dusk you may even see some of the yellow footed
rock wallabies. Some bush long drop
toilets have been provided by the
Flinders Ranges Council and rubbish
bins are located at strategic
places. There is plenty of room here as the
camp sites are spread over many areas and you can select your own site. Many of the
Quorn locals along with those from
Port Augusta will be found here on a Sunday afternoon picnic.
