This
campground is suitable for campers and camper trailers but has limited facilities - just pit
toilets, water most of the year, day use area with shelter, no dogs, no wood. A National Park pass is required. The
campground is a delightful wooded area with
views to
the beach below. This is probably the best site on
Bruny Island for small children as the sheltered bay provides calm, shallow waters suitable for swimming. The Labillardiere Walk trail starts from here so is the perfect base for hikers that want to attempt the complete 7 hour circuit.
