Lake Brockman was dammed in 1963 to provide water for irrigation. Since then it is generally referred to as
Logue Brook Dam.
Camping, caravanning, 4WDriving and boating is popular. Part of the
dam is a designated water ski area. There is a boat launching area adjacent to the
campground. Water skiing and boating are subject to Department of Transport regulations. Access to the
dam for swimming, fishing and launching canoes and kayaks is available at a number of
places around the shore.
