Bring your campervan, caravan or trailer and hook up to one of 22 level ground, large, drive through powered sites. These sites are located on the eastern side of beautiful Lake Houdraman.
Campsite guests can access onsite amenities with flushing
toilets and hot showers. Power and water; access to
camp kitchen & guest laundry.
Be sure to meet other campers at our communal bar of an evening or gather around the campfire.
Please keep in mind that The Lake is on private property which is a working sheep, goat & cattle property. Please treat this beautiful area with respect and do not drive elsewhere on the property. The road is suitable for caravans, camper trailers, busses, 4WD & 2WD vehicles. When it is wet it is not suitable for 2WD vehicles. There is telstra mobile phone service and television reception here. EFTPOS available. Dogs are welcome at this
campsite on a lead but please be responsible!
Located approximately 4km East of
Quilpie, on the Diamantina Developmental Road, turn opposite Old
Charleville Rd across Railway.
The lake itself is a beautiful natural expanse of water set amongst shady gum trees. It's a lush oasis with a wide variety of birds and native animals.
We do not allow
camp fires on our powered sites.
Unpowered sites available on West Side of the Lake.
