Guilderton, Seabird is another small hamlet originally settled in favour of WA's prosperous crayfishing industry. Still serving that community, Seabird is also
home to a growing number of retirees, and of nearby farmers' holiday homes.
Facilities are generally minimal but accommodation is available as are eats and drinks.
Well worth a quick stop to break up the drive and enjoy a break overlooking the beaches. Note that there is no direct vehicle
beach access at Seabird.
