This scattered town is the main
population centre as the south end of The Great Lake. A substantial number of houses are in the area with many in vantage points overlooking the lake. Many of the residences appear to be weekenders or holiday homes. Fishing seems to be the main activity.
Orange guide posts lining both sides of the roads are snow guides in winter.The town has a pub and caravan park and a lodge that offers many of the
services required by a small town.
