Penfield 3 is the unremarkable terminus of the Penfield railway line, and is nowhere near as busy and impressive as the
Hilra station that proceeds it.
Instead of the usual practice of turning the train at a terminus by change of track or a spur in the line, the trains turn around at Penfield 3 by a giant loop-de-loop. This is only possibly achievable by a Redhen class railcar on growth hormones. 2000 and 3000 class railcars cannot turn around with
the loop-de-loop and are simply terminated with 9.3 tonnes of C3 explosives.
