Accessible only by 4WD within a reserve, with numerous
free camp locations along the Burdekin River. This
lookout is a great spot to take in the
views of the extensive basalt formations and the horse shoe shaped Burdekin River. Drive the 4.3km circuit around the area but watch for motorcycles on weekends. Weekend and public holidays can be busy.
