This was the top station on the Thredbo to
Charlotte Pass Chairlift which ran circa 1963/4. Alas it was not left as a
heritage structure and was allowed to be blown up by NSW NPWS.
There is a track which leads from Mt Stillwell, you follow close or near the ski poles towards the east, the track very faint at times and crosses small creeks and moss flats, please stay on the track.

Junction the track is 1.98km as per Garmin GPS, very hard walk be prepared for weather changes
