Mt Meharry is the highest peak in the State of Western Australia at 1248m above sea level.
The summit of Mt Meharry can be reached from the Great Northern Highway via an unsealed road 16km in length and a vehicular track 21 kilometres in length. There is a challenging 4WD ascent to reach
the summit but its
well worth it for the
views.There is a sign and monument at the top. From the highway to
the summit is 39km.
The top of the track has as turning circle on a wide ridge that is safe for
parking and walking around. A spectacular drive in both directions.
