Willow Waters Gorge is a great destination for camping, picnics, bush walking or just relaxing and listening to the birds sing. Getting in touch with nature couldn’t be easier! The beautiful tree lined Willow Creek, with a natural spring, curves its way through mountainous ranges. Campsites are available in designated spots in Willow Waters Gorge, limiting the amount of campers at any one time. Permits to camp are available on request as this is private property. Caravans, camper trailers and tents are welcome and sites are allocated on a first come first serve basis. Please ensure you book ahead to avoid disappointment. Please note – there is currently no amenities available at the camp sites. Shearing demonstrations and other seasonal farm practices may be available. Please enquire when booking.
The neighbouring property is the home of ‘The Worumba Experience’, a self-drive 4WD track and the homestead features an art gallery. Bookings are essential through the Worumba Station.
Day trips/attractions within the Flinders Ranges region include; Hawker, Flinders Ranges National Park, Wilpena Pound, Blinman, Parachilna, various gorges, scenic drives or flights and 4WD tours.
Pets are permitted on the property with prior permission only and under strict supervision. Dogs deemed ‘dangerous’ by council will NOT be permitted. Always pick up after your pets.
