Look out
Googs Track here we come, a little bit apprehensive about doing it from North to South and towing a trailer from all you read but will give it a go anyway. Don’t know what we were worried about it was a great track and probably the better way to do it. Was like going down a stair case on the south side of the dunes as they were fairly
well chopped out. A great track to travel though. Camped one night along the way, stopped for lunch by the lake with the fly’s and even March flies now, this means we are getting closer to
home now. Stopped at
Ceduna for the night and will be stocking up on our oyster supply before heading off on the last leg of our journey
home.
Well this is it almost over now, just the Nullarbor to drive, going to be a hot one today 36, called through the
Head of Bight for a look, great day for it as the ocean was like glass the whales had left but the flies were still there. Was absolutely beautiful. The airconditioner decided that it didn’t want to blow cold air anymore but lucky the sea breeze was just on the horizon Spent the night at Border Village with a few drinks and a very average meal.
Made it to Balladonia by luch time the next day, had talked about staying at the
ruins at Booanya on the way
home but we are so close now to
home we just want get there now. (Thank god we decided that because the march flies were think and hungry.) Parmango road was good, better than it was when we left.
