Ordered and paid for a map on Saturday. Paid extra for quick delivery. It showed as available stock. It hasn't even been shipped as yet. And to boot its just a map.

Status as of 9AM Wednesday:
Order Status: Payment received awaiting dispatch.

Hi Phil,

I've just had a look, and the AAE address system wouldn't accept the order, as the address was incorrect - you listed your address as being in NSW when it's actually in the ACT - I've fixed this, and the package is on it's way out this morning for delivery to you tomorrow. My apologies for the delay - I usually check for these errors twice a week but ran out of time yesterday.

Just let me know if you have any further enquiries at all.

Looks like the state got corrupted in one of the data or SW updates. I do not believe that I would have selected NSW as my home state. I am not in the widespread practice of hiding behind avitars and strange screen identities or bogus addresses. Still the whole software is based on a BIOS written years ago in the 80's and not corrected.

Looking forward to a drive as I just got out of hospital after being laid up at home and then in hospital for a total of around 9 weeks. The map is the only one of the area I want to look at.

For future reference, what is the best payment method for quick delivery?

I ordered my Ozi Explorer pack on a Saturday (in Feb/March) and it arrived the following Friday, a full week after I chased it up. This, after I made an instant direct deposit (EFT) and emailed the transaction page. I was going away that weekend so it arrived just in time but I wasn't able to use it for a while until I'd sorted it out.
