Madigan Line Closed at Camp 16?

Hi All, as part of our trip this year (see earlier post on Finke River) we are also heading across the Simpson via Dalhousie Springs, French Line to Colson track, then up to the Madigan joining at Camp 5. We have been in contact with Adria downs (so helpful and nice!) who have advised last they heard, the Madigan was closed at 16 due to rain flooding the track. We have planned an alternate route via the Hay river track however we were wondering if anyone has been out that way recently and seen first hand what conditions are like? We will be hitting camp 16 on 1st September so a little ways away yet. Thanks in advance!
