Hi, I am registered for the muster but have a mechanical issue that will have me arrive late (if at all). At this stage I have been informed that I should have the vehicle by Friday but I'm not confident. I hope to be there. Kind regards Theo

Jean and I have been waiting for the results of my (hopefully) final reviews with the heart and pulmonary specialists before determining if we can travel to the Muster. We are heading to Toowoomba today to complete these appointments. Should we get the all clear, would it still be possible to do a late registration for the Muster. My kids (6 and 3) are keen for a camping trip "to the desert". I think they've seen too many camping / 4wd dvds. I'd like to show them the outback, but I don't want to drive for days to get there. What's the closest desert / outback camping destination to Sydney? I'm thinking red sand and dunes / plains. Cobar? Bourke? Tibooburra?

I really cannot find the exact thread to introduce myself, by the way I am Nelson Castro, 30 years of age and I am based in Victoria Australia and have a passion for travel and leisure,camping,outdoors,outback,hiking,outdoor cooking. I am a very adventurous individual who love to explore and discover a lot of new things and learn new stuffs from anyone. Hi all, just after a little information and some tips on a lone female starting out on her own. I have a small van and sedan at the moment for local travel. I intend to head off on a more adventurous trip in the future and am considering the type of vehicle and van or motorhome options. I am fairly self sufficient and don't need the best of everything on hand but do like to be dry, and sleep comfortably. If there are any females out there doing just what I plan would love to hear from you. Many thanks.
