This is a broom-like shrub to 3 m high with prominently hooked, narrow leaves up to 7mm long by about 1mm wide. The sepals are 4 - 6mm long and are distinctly hairy.The petals that are 10 to 13 mm long range through lilac, pinkish purple.
Flowering start in July and ends in October.
Identification
The main flower colour is mauve. Broom-like appearance of shrub, small leaves with a prominent hook at the end and woolly or hairy sepals.
