Traditionally served with spring rolls or rice paper rolls, this sauce is also tasty served drizzled over salad or as a dipping sauce for seafood or chicken.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 1 tbs fish sauce
- 1 tbs lime juice
- 2 tbs chopped coriander leaves
Method
- Step 1Add chilli sauce, water and sugar to a small saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer for about 3 minutes. Take off the heat and cool slightly. Stir in the remaining ingredients and cool.
