Spicy flatbread to have with stews and casseroles, or by itself.
Ingredients
- 250gms Self raising Flour
- 250ml Natural Yoghurt
- Pinch of salt
- A good pinch of baking powder
- Moroccan Spices
Method
- Step 1Combine all the ingredients.
- Step 2Dont proof mixture
- Step 3Divide mixture into 4 pieces.
- Step 4Roll until 1 cm thick, about the size of your hand.
- Step 5Olive Oil on BBQ or hotplate, cook for 2mins each side, sprinkle with sea salt.
- Step 6Enjoy
