Fresh fish wraps don't get better than this!
Ingredients
- Fresh white fish fillets
- 1 Pkt fish coating mix
- Green Chilli Jam/chutney or similar
- Fresh bacon rashers (1 per piece fish)
- Plain natural yoghurt
- 1 piece mountain bread per wrap
Method
- Step 1Toss fish fillets in coating mix
- Step 2Fry bacon on hotplate and remove
- Step 3Cook coated fish pieces in bacon fat on hotplate
- Step 4Place cooked fish, bacon, dollop of chilli jam and drizzle of yoghurt on mountain bread and wrap to serve.
