A decent
camp site is fairly hard to find along this stretch of the Track. These co-ordinates mark the turn on the northern side of the road into an old scrape area. There is reasonable camping in the flat area there and the scrape holds water. The areas is reasonably sheltered between two dunes and is largely hidden from the road. The scrape area is about 300 metres off the track and a belt of eucalypt provides firewood. This
camp spot is approximately 25 km west of Punmu.
