Information

Orientation 131°. A Flying Officer George Alexander Anderson of 13 Squadron RAAF was killed in an Aircraft Accident about 800 yards south east of Gould airfield in the on 27 January 1945. He was buried at the Adelaide River War Cemetery.
27/1/1945 A Ventura (Number and type unknown) crashed at approx 5am at the end of Gould Strip. No survivors.
