Tree inscribed by William Harry Tietkens in 1875. This very special spot is where Len rediscovered the historic Tietkens Blaze on the 29th June 1960, with the majestic
Mount Leisler in the background. When Len first found this tree, the old bloodwood tree was still alive, but sadly, this fine old historic marker has fallen to the ground. The Large blaze area is still visible, but if nothing is done to stop the white ant damage, this important historic
explorers blaze tree will be lost for future generations to view.
