Devils Marbles also known as Karlu Karlu has
toilets and large rig access abilities. This
camp is less than 1 km from The
Devils Marbles making it a great stopover after or before exploring the area (see nearby site listings on the map).
The rocks are a cooler, sheltered environment for plants and animals.
Keep an eye out for small black-headed goannas in boulder crevices.
You may also see zebra finch and painted finch throughout the reserve. Fairy martins create bottle-shaped mud nests on the underside of overhanging boulders.
Stay on designated roads and tracks. Historic, cultural items and wildlife are protected. Fires are only permitted in designated fire pits.
Pets are permitted in the day-use
carpark only and must be on a lead, but pets are not permitted in the
campground. Generators are not permitted.
Drones are not permitted.
This park requires visitors to the NT to have a park pass.
The reserve is now jointly managed with the traditional owners and Parks and Wildlife rangers. You must book online and pay a fee to
camp.
Do this before you go. You can't pay at the site.
An open
camping area is available as an Overflow
campground, but no camper trailers, caravans and motorhomes are allowed.
