Located 205km north of Sandfire Roadhouse or 105km south west of
Roebuck Plains Roadhouse.
Turn west off the Coastal Highway, 195km north of Sandfire Roadhouse or 95km south of
Roebuck Plains Roadhouse for 10km of dirt track that is sandy & corrugated but a photographers dream is at the end. There are several different types of accommodation although predominantly this is a camp/caravan area. As the winter dry season is a popular time to visit, it is recommended to pre-book a site.Rammed earth huts are also available. These are fully self-contained, each with a small fridge, cooktop, cooking equipment, one double bed and two single beds and ablution blocks nearby. Generator area; pets on leash; bowling green; kiosk;
boat ramp, fishing etc. All up an excellent spot.Limited Telstra signal near the office shed - one bar. Scenery on cliffs and beach is fabulous with red Pindan and multi-coloured sedimentary strata.
