Barradale Roadhouse was once sited here, on the banks of the Yannarie River. The roadhouse was closed in 1992 and all that remains are a few kerb stones and some concrete driveways.
The site is now a
rest area with a maximum stay of 24 hours.
Facilities include long drop
toilets, picnic tables,
bins and
dump point. Pets are permitted.
If the
bins are full, take your rubbish with you. Do not cut down trees. Bring your firewood with you."
