Fitzgerald River National Park covers 329.039 hectares and lies on the central south coast of WA between the towns of Bremer ay and
Hopetoun and is 420km SE of
Perth. This park is one of the largest and most botanically significant national parks in Australia with approximately 15% of the State's described plant species.
There is vehicle access into the park from 3 entry points. Some areas are 4WD only but all roads within the park are listed as unsuitable for caravans, large buses and motorhomes however caravans are allowed into Quaalup from the west. Please
check each site individually (see Nearby
Places), or
check the DPAW website (link from this page). Park entry fees and camping fees apply.
NOTE: Roads are often closed within the Fitzgerald National Park due to dieback prevention and/or wet conditions. Please
check local conditions first by contacting the Senior

There is no reliable fresh water in the park so please take 4L per person per day. No fire permitted. Gas bbqs are provided free at some
camp sites.
Camping: Vehicle based camping is available at
Four Mile BEach,
Hamersley Inlet,
Quoin Head, Fitzgerald Inlet, and St Mary Inlet. Camping fees apply.
