Francois Peron National Park - WA

Francois Peron National Park is known for its contrasting red cliffs, white beaches and blue waters. It has a fascinating pastoral history, and offers a wilderness experience to four-wheel-drivers. The tracks of deep soft sand offer challenging conditions for drivers. Low clearance vehicles, caravans and large trailers cannot be used on these deeply rutted tracks - only camper trailers and dinghies are suitable.Most of the park is accessible only by 4WD. There are a number of remote informal camping areas (see Nearby Places listings for details) where fees apply but no bookings are required.
