The new Albina National Park runs nearly to the town of
Rolleston, 70 km south-east of
Springsure in the Bauhinia Shire. Cattle properties surround
Rolleston and the new Albinia National Park was one of those properties bought by the government to protect the local ecology.
Very little information is available on this park and is only occassionaly mentioned in EPA studies done for a proposed mining venture in the area.
