Forrest who first explored this section of the
Gibb River Road area in 1870.

gorge’s steep cliffs of black dolerite
rock. Here travelers can experience beautiful cascading waterfalls, explore delightful swimming holes and
rock pools, go fishing for
black bream or freshwater prawns, or walk into the centre of
