Spectacular through-
cave that begins at the top of the plateau as a 2m diameter hole, and descends to a normal looking
cave halfway down the
cliff, just above a small
waterhole. Slope inside the
cave allows for climbing up or down if you’re not afraid. Beware of loose rocks. The
cave is found by following
the gorge system that splits off south from DQB number 8
pool. The exit from
pool 8 up to
the gorge is somewhat steep, but follow it and it flattens out to a normal creek /
pool system. The
cave is on the right as you go upstream, maybe 100-150m from
pool 8.
