It is uncertain where
Camp 101 was made due to missing pages in Wills Diary. However
camp 101 was on 22/1/1861. Today the Selwyn Ranges where Burke and Wills passed though is a mining ghost town. The Corella
Dam was built nearby where
camp 101 is located. The pictures are of the
Dam where I left my caravan so as go into some of the remote 4WD tracks. there were also camels around. Current folklore is that they are decendants of the Burke and Wills expedition that were let loose.
