The Expedition Camped in a muddy swamp clay pan on 28/10/1860. The aboriginal guides had greatly deceived them about the abundance of water here. However as they found out the day they came across plenty of water. It seemed to Wills that the guides were not very reliable or had little knowledge of the area they were traveling in.
