Ollera Creek Eco Retreat - QLD

Cost is $50 per vehicle per day or night Ollera Creek Eco Retreat aims to offer a quiet & peaceful camping experience where you can escape hustle & bustle & get back to nature. As such we don’t have any amenities & campers must be fully self-contained with their own camping toilets. The nearest public dump point is 10km Sth at Bushy Parker Park, near the public toilets. We have designated campsites on the fresh running creek or on the beach and ask that people please respect the privacy (& safety) of other campers (& our cattle). Creek campers will have beach access in the northern coastal part of our property and beach campers will have access to the creek at an available creek site if so desired. We ask that visitors please stay on signed roads, no off-road driving is permitted. We are both a wildlife lover & fisherman's delight. You'll see kangaroos, lizards, butterflies, birds & if you're astute enough perhaps even catch a glimpse of the endangered mahogany glider that famously resides with us ?? In the sea you can spot green sea turtles in the lagoons created at low tide & try your luck catching mud crabs, barramundi, mangrove jack, grunter & flathead to name a few! You can put a tinny in off the beach in most places. A reminder of course that you are camping in NQ & as such please BEWARE of crocodiles, snakes & other wild animals that also may be present.
