Well 18 (Wanykiyu) was refurbished in July 1999 by Track Care WA Inc. The windlass, whip pole, troughs have not been restored, but the
well hole itself is now of excellent construction. Water may be available here. This
well is also
well known for having frogs in the corners of the wooden framework, hence its nickname Frog
Well.
