The inn was named in honour of Dr Frederick Renner, medical officer to the men working on the
Overland Telegraph Line, who discovered
the springs when he noticed flocks of birds converging in the area. The area is rich in history and
the lagoon and spring still support a large range of natural bird life today.
Wake up to a continental or cooked breakfast before heading of on a day's journey or exploring the nearby attractions. Choose from a range of mouth-watering mains for dinner at the inn's restaurant and bar.
Spend some time bird watching to see a variety of native species including honey-eaters, heron, woodswallow and falcons. Wander to
