The Waddy Forest Hall and associated facilities have local historic and social significance for their association with the social life of the Waddy Forest community for over 60 years.
The hall was built by public subscription on land donated to the Coorow Shire farmer W. G. Morcombe. On the opening day, a race meeting was held in the nearby paddock. The hall was moved about 150 metres east in the mid 1980's to provide access to pit for the Coorow Shire.
