Idalia Station is 43 km south of
Louth on the western bank of the Darling. The black soil road is fine in the dry. The Murray family have established a great grassed, level and powered
camping area right on the riverbank. The demountable bathroom units are about 50 m from the nearest end of the
camping area. We thoroughly enjoyed the serenity. The bathrooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. The weather in June 2008 was very pleasant.
