Augathella Warrego River Camping Area - QLD

Open area with some shade. No formal charge but an honesty box in place. This campground offers Toilets, Showers and UV treated drinking water. Pet friendly (must be kept on leash at all times), bins, picnic table and barbecue. Suitable for camper trailers, caravans, motorhomes and big rigs.

Experience Augathella “Meat Ant Country” and the rich historical culture the town provides. Take a stroll through Meat Ant Park located right next door to the town library. View the giant meat ant sculpture in the park; it is over a million times the size of an actual ant. While there you can view the storyboards located around the park.
