Gawler Ranges consists of very old volcanic
rock hills. The nearby Organ Pipes in one of the largest Rhyolite outcrops in the world. The
Gawler Ranges National Park was proclaimed in 2002 and is on the Northern Eyre Peninsula about 6 hours drive from
Adelaide.
