Campground within the Beowa National Park Southern Section (
Green Cape) set in coastal eucalypt forest and tea tree on the southern shore of Bittangabee Bay. The
camp is on the Light to Light multi day coastal walk between
Green Cape and
Boyds Tower lighthouses.
Toilets,
picnic shelter, gas BBQs and tank water are provided. Fires in provided fireplaces only. Boil water before drinking. Bring your own firewood.
30 numbered campsites with only a couple suitable for camper trailers, small vans or small motor homes. The great majority require camping at some distance from your vehicle.
Bittangabee Bay is sheltered water with a rocky shoreline and a small sandy beach near the
campground. It was used as a supply point for the nearby
Green Cape lighthouse where the rugged coastline and heavy seas made landing supplies impracticable.

To get there take, Princes Hwy to 18km south of Eden then Edrom Rd then
Green Cape Rd for 15km then turn at sign and follow to end. 2WD access on unsealed roads.
Parking is available at Bittangabee
campground, including several designated disabled spots. No generators, no pets permitted.
Park fees are not included in your camping fees.
