Welcome to the Starview Primitive Campsite – only 12km from Broken Hill. Nestle into the gorgeous Living Desert State Park and spend a few nights among the quiet surrounds. Enjoy encounters with a variety of native animals, explore the rich mineral deposits and rock formations on the extensive walking trails leading to the Sunset Sculptures and through the John Simon’s Flora & Fauna Sanctuary. Relax under a magnificent night sky on the Starview Seats. Bring the family or have a solo adventure in a secure environment. The camp has 15 bays plus a tenting area, booked through Broken Hill information center. Bookings available online. Facilities include gas BBQ, hot shower and flushing toilets. There is no power, water or sullage at bays.After hour access is provided via entry code. Maximum 5 night's stay.
