Farmstay camping and accommodation on a kangaroo reserve, campfires, bushwalking, stargazing
Ken and Sandy Loveland are the owners of 'Kenandra', a property located approximately 200km south of
Geraldton and 200km north of
Perth. The property is a dedicated wildlife sanctuary and release site used for wildlife rehabilitation, education,
recreation, tourism and agriculture, and is currently set up as an Agroforestry Enterprise and
farm-stay with future plans for a Solar
farm on a 9 ha section of the land. Kenandra is also used by a not for profit charity called Loveland For Wildlife Inc., which is dedicated to the rehabilitation and release of wildlife. It is Ken and Sandy's intent to eventually remove all feral
pests from the sanctuary and enclose the entire property with a
vermin proof fence, as
well as for it to be a release site for endangered species. Furthermore, Kenandra has been a registered Land for Wildlife member since 2007.
