Built in 1951 by Kim Durack, Frank Rodriguez and another man by the name of Dick. It's an interesting property that was built in the Spanish style as Frank was born in Fexio in Spain. The house is also very interesting in its design for it is actually three separate buildings all under the one roof along with a large veranda. It is now a private residence.
