The old track to the north from this point is almost indistinguishable & the
Ranger advised they never use it and it is not maintained. Also, the grading of the main Weano Rd has meant that there is effectively a barrier of soil blocking access (although you could certainly dig enough out to gain access if you wanted to explore the old track)
